Old world inspired artisan sheep cheese

The method of creating this handmade artisan sheep cheese was learned from a small farm in the heart of Tuscany, Italy – so was the appreciation of Slow Food. The Cheesiry hopes to provide a deep appreciation of nourishing food prepared in the most wholesome way. Food prepared in this way and enjoyed and shared with friends encourages much more than nourished bodies but also healthy souls.

We produce a soft cheese (similar to chevre), feta, a semi hard and an unpasteurised pecorino (aged a minimum 2 months). We encourage you to enjoy our premium cheese with a glass of wine, in your favourite lasagne recipe or in your lunch sandwich.
