Augier & Sons Ltd.
Augier & Sons Ltd started in 2009. Dan Augier is the owner operator and has been in the food industry for 15 years. Dan started his career in the Canadian Armed Forces as a chef. Once Dan finished his career in the forces he took some time away from cooking to find the passion for cooking again. Dan then started catering for a local business and thats when the passion for cooking came back and has been doing it ever since. Dan is currently working out of the Wainwright Golf Club. He has the restaurant open during the golf season and closes for the winter months for Christmas parties.
The name Augier & Sons Catering originated from a friend of Dan and the fact that Dan has two boys, Branden and Tanner, who help him in the kitchen from time to time.
What we are about at Augier & Sons Catering is that we want to cater to our customers needs. What is meant by that is we do not force preset menus on you the customer. We want to be able to work with the customer and create a menu that they are happy with.
We can do any size of functions from 10 people for a lunch or supper all the way to 600 people for weddings, grads, family gatherings or business open houses. We will travel almost anywhere to serve our customers better.
